A delicious Bolognese recipe that can be served with spaghetti, rice or couscous.

Ingredients

  • 1kg Mince Meat

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 carrot, finely chopped

  • 1 tin, chopped tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon, sugar

  • 1 teaspoon, turmeric spice

  • ¼ cup Your Choice BBQ Sauce

  • ¼ cup Your Choice Tomato Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons, Your Choice Worcester Sauce

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • In a large skillet, fry the onions and carrots.
  • Add the mincemeat and spice and fry until browned.
  • Stir in one tin of Chopped Tomatoes and a teaspoon of sugar.
  • Add Your Choice BBQ, Tomato and Worcester Sauce.
  • Simmer until the sauce starts to evaporate.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine with starch of your choice.
